I, {{billing_first_name}} {{billing_last_name}} of {{billing_address_1}} {{billing_city}}, {{billing_state}} hereby engage Unjumbled to provide professional virtual organizing services. Unjumbled agrees to provide such services upon agreement of our policies as stated below.

Services

Confidentiality

Unjumbled holds all client communications and information, both verbal and written, in the strictest of confidence.

Payment Policy

100% of each Package is charged to the client’s credit card when the package(s) is purchased. This charge is non-refundable.

If unable to use all purchased sessions, the client may transfer remaining sessions to one other party within the continental U.S. (The Discovery Session counts as 2 Working Sessions).

Transfers are valid only after Unjumbled has approved the transfer in writing.

Transferred sessions must be used within 3 months of transfer.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling must be made with at least 1 business days’ notice and confirmed in writing by Unjumbled otherwise the package will be reduced by 1 session.

If more than 2 schedule changes are requested per session, that session is subject to cancellation and will reduce the package by 1 session.

Client Engagement Policy

Unjumbled commits to starting each session on time. If the client joins the meeting late, Unjumbled cannot guarantee that we will be able to extend the session past the originally scheduled end time.

Sessions are considered to be canceled if the client hasn’t joined within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled time.

Clients are welcome to call, text, or email Unjumbled between sessions but it is expected that these will be short engagements (not to exceed 10 minutes) and that the majority of our work will be done in sessions.

Parents are welcome to be in the room or nearby any time minor children are meeting with Unjumbled.

Clients are responsible for securing pets and having children taken care of before sessions in order to maximize the value of the session.

Sessions can:

a) Include up to 2 people on a video call.
b) Be divided among different people in the household (ex. husband may use a session, wife may use a session, and children (6 years old or older) may use a session.

Unjumbled typically records client sessions. This allows us to review what is discussed and review video of the client’s space. These recordings are for Unjumbled’s use only and will not be shared. Clients who prefer to not have the session recorded should let Unjumbled know prior to the meeting. Additionally, clients can withhold permission to record a session at the start of each video meeting.

If it appears that we are not making the progress both parties anticipated, Unjumbled reserves the right, at their own discretion, to terminate the contract and refund any unused sessions. Refunds will be issued within 1 week of Unjumbled notifying the client that the contract has been terminated.

The client waives holding Unjumbled responsible for damage, injury, or loss related to the client discarding items, making purchases, and/or executing organizing strategies.
